becoming me

MYPG at Kuantan was very good. Reached home at abt 1am Sunday morning. Woke up at 9.15am then headed to UM to pick Yen to go to church. On the way there at the traffic lights to SS2 from the LDP, I was on the left lane turning right. The car on the right lane knocked into my (technically, my mum’s car). I think he had wanted to go straight but that lane doesn’t actually allow you to do that. Then he overtook me and I got angry coz I thought he wanted to hit and run. Later he signalled and we stopped. I didn’t get down coz my dad always said not to simply get out of the car. But it was early Sunday morning. Anyway, the young man stepped out. So I thought it was safe to go down. My first accident (Anyway, does it still count as my first accident when it wasn’t my fault??). Surprisingly, there were only scratches, no dent. *phew* I thought my parents would have got mad at me if the damage were any worse. The young man spoke in Cantonese asking how was my car and saying that his was quite bad. The lights broke and all. The girl in the car looked quite worried as I checked the condition of his car. Finally I decided to just let it off and she kept saying thank you. I quickly smiled as I didn’t want them to feel bad. Sadly, I was the one feeling bad because I honked twice. Shouldn’t have let myselt got angry. Well, lesson learned.
